He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester R. Roark and Loren P. Roark (Garrison); and his son Trevis W. Roark. He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Roark (Shumaker); his children, Tina Mauizi (Mike) of Columbia, Kenya Borke (Greg) of Sedalia and Darin Roark (Marci) of Overland Park, KS; and his siblings, Ray Roark of Cole Camp, Clarence Roark of Calhoun, Wanda Adams of Windsor and Mona Kirby of Cole Camp. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
