She is survived by: her father Donald Ray Ellison; her husband Douglas Dean Woolery; her sons, Ryan Woolery (Amber) of Sedalia and Travis Woolery of Sedalia; her grandsons, Ryland and Ayden; and her siblings, Linda Alcorn (Gail) of Ionia, MO, Sandy Jensen (David) of Springfield, MO, Donna Rowland (Brad) of Sedalia, Ray Ellison of Sedalia, Randy Ellison of Sedalia, Rusty Ellison (Stacey) of Sedalia and Ronald Ellison of Sedalia.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
