He is survived by: his mother Darlene Cornwell (Cooksley); his wife Sharon Colleen Bozarth; his daughters, Melissa Cornwell of Sedalia and Jessie Cornwell of Sedalia; his granddaughters, Madalynn and Natille Temple; his siblings, Teresa Huff (Steve) of Manchester, IA, Julie Hansel (Randy) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Steve Cornwell (Darlene) of Greeley, IA and Kevin Cornwell (Susie) of Colesburg, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Bozarth of Columbia and Bill Bozarth (Rita) of Knox City. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
