He was predeceased by: his parents, Evard David Lillard and Esther Lillard (Wolfmeyer); and his siblings, Jerry, Donald Lillard and Marjorie Redenius.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Boecker; his children, Melinda Yeager (Chris) of Sedalia, David Lillard of Windsor, MO and Greg Lillard (Penny) of Lone Jack, MO; his grandchildren, Andrew (Claire), Amanda (Jeremy), Jackson and Courtney; and his sisters, Emma Lou Bevans of Kahoka, MO and Esther Ann Fishback of Springfield, IL.. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
