He is survived by: his spouse Maecelle Blanche Williams; his children, Carl Harness (Cindy) of Cabot, AR and Amanda Owen (Greg) of Fayette, MO; his grandchildren, Kenneth (Brittany), Michaela, Emily Harness and Maxwell Owen; his great grandchildren, Kaleb and Leighton; his siblings, Patricia Downing of Warrensburg, MO and David Harness (Cindy) of Ottowa, KS; and his brother-in-law Jim Bumgarner of Warrensburg, MO..
