She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul T. Culp and Elsie Hoehns Culp; her husband James L. "Jim" Bass; and her daughter Pamela Diane Bass. She is survived by : her daughter Anissa Douglas (Jerry) of Smithton; her grandchildren, Ashley Radebaugh (Nate), Aaron Douglas, Chase Douglas and Jayden Douglas; and her brother Paul Culp, Jr. of Smithton.
