He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, C. Uel Payne and Blanche Payne (Hieronymus); his wife Judy Belle Greer; his children, Ginger Karbinas of Sedalia and Chris Payne (Lynn) of Sedalia; his grandsons, Matthew Karbinas (Stephanie), Wyatt Payne (Lisa) and Austin Payne (Linsey); and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Karli Karbinas, Colt and Chase Payne. He was also cherished by His kids meant a lot, his grandsons.
