She is survived by: her spouse Ronald Hacker; her daughters, Kimberly Cormican (David) of Sedalia and Christina Billingsley of Sedalia; her grandchildren, Aaron, Meghan, Breana and Emma; her great grandchildren, Jaxon and Xander; and her brothers, Jerry, Henry and John Hollingsworth.
