He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Chism; his son William Balance of Sedalia; his siblings, Larry G. Clark of Sedalia, Ruth A. Yancey of Sedalia and Terecia M. Clark of Slater; and his friends, Alfred Hamilton of Collen, TX, Brenda Scroggins and Leroy Pinkett of Sedalia. He is also survived by friends; and many nieces and nephews and a host other family and friends.
