She is survived by: her children, Tony Lamb (Patty McGinnis) of Sedalia, Cindy Hodge (Larry) of Sedalia, Alice White (Phillip) of Sedalia, Brenda Simpson (John) of Sedalia and Lori Rains (Derek Ginger) of Mora, MO; her sisters, Debbie Blankenship of Sedalia and Dana Hayworth of Kansas City; and her sisters-in-law, Florence Hayworth of Sedalia, Shirley Hayworth of Sedalia and Donna Hayworth of Sedalia. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
