She is survived by: her parents, Charles Acuff and Alpha Acuff (Johnson); her spouse Kenneth Wayne Perry; her children, Nathan Perry of Sedalia, Rebecca Adair (John) of Cole Camp, Rhonda Perry (Daniel Ware Sr.) of Windsor and Jason Perry of Sedalia; and her siblings, Carol Case (Cecil) of Springdale, AR, Sherie Purdue (Ben) of Lincoln, AR, Wanda Acuff of Springdale, AR, Frank Acuff (Aline) of Springdale, AR and Bill Acuff (Margaret) of Siloam Spring, AR.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
