He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha C. Duzan and Fern Duzan (Whisnand); his wife Marilyn Emory of Sedalia; his son Kevin Duzan; his stepson Steve Emory; and his siblings, Marvin, Erwin, Myron, Lindy and Nila.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Nantz (Brent) of Statesville, N. C.; his daughter-in-law Melissa Duzan of Hamptonville, N. C.; his grandsons, Jake Duzan (Alisha) and Jeremy Duzan; his great grandchildren, Tinley and Levi Duzan; and his stepdaughter-in-law Kathy Emory. He is also survived by one step-granddaughter; and two step-great-grandchildren.
