She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Putnam and Lydith Putnam; her sister Imogene "Dena" Peoples; her husband Virgil Baker of Sedalia, Missouri; her sons, Melford Baker of Kansas City, Missouri, Martin Baker of Tijeras and Dean Baker (Sheri) of Kirksville, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kelly Baker, Chris and Spencer Baker; her great grandchildren, Zoey, Maddy Brown and MacKenzie Baker; and her sisters-in-law, Faye Martin of Clarksburg, Helen Wallenmeyer of California and Pat Baker of California.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
