We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2020, at the age of 68, John D. Knapp of Sedalia, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Knapp and Laura Knapp (Dilley); and his pets, Angel and Linus. He is survived by: his wife Glenita Thierfelder; his daughter Kendall Welzenbach (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Audrey and Lachlan Welzenbach; his brother Robert Knapp (Sylvia); and his nieces, April Hendricks (Adam) and Lisa Johnson (Chuck).

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Sedalia Animal Shelter and may be left in the care of Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia.
