She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl G. Shockey and Harriett Shockey (Elmore); and her sister Jerilee Mcfail. She is survived by: her sons, Justin Van Sant (Kaddy) and Brandon Van Sant; her granddaughters, Jalexis, Zahara and Lenea; and her brother Ronnie Shockey.

The family suggests memorials to a charity of donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
