She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jerome and Agnes Marie Oxley (Hartnett); her husband John Anthony Sieleman; and her brothers, Jerry and Donald Oxley.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Sieleman of Phoenix, AZ, Pamela Brulez of Olathe, KS, Patricia Aduddell of Lawrence, KS and Jacqueline Knox of Sedalia; and her siblings, John, Richard, Larry, Michael Oxley and Helen LaPlante. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to Sacred Heart School, in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
