He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl C. Holstine and Zxavie Holstine (Steele). He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Presley; his children, Amy S. Tackitt (Garry) of Gepp, AR, Kenneth W. Holstine (Lori) of Warrenton, MO and Beth W. Rimel of Odessa, MO; his sister Etta Lou Kraettli of Oklahoma City, OK.; and his grandsons, Garry J. Tackitt, Carl A. Tackitt, Benjamin W. Tackitt, Mark I. Tackitt, Easton S. Holstine, Payton M. Holstine and Aleksandr S. Pulliam. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
