He is survived by: his children, Charles Michael Wayne Billingsley, Crystal Billingsley (Daniel) and James Ryan Billingsley; and his siblings, Jerry Billingsley (Tanya), Gary Billingsley (Julie) and Judy Neel (Joe). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 nieces, and 3 nephews.
