Lewis-Jacks; her stepmother Marcie Jacks; her siblings, Myrtle Lutz, Daniel Jacks, Jason Estenson, Amanda Croak, Nathan Malachi Jacks, Randy Lofland, Jacob Albrecht, Samantha Lewis, John-Patrick Jacks, Michael Winchester, Michelle Estenson, Selmer Estenson, Alyssa Vanderpool, Raven Rose Jacks and Jethro Jacks; and her grandmothers, Margot Lewis of Conway, MO and Sue Jacks of Sedalia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
