He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Hesterlee and Dora Hesterlee (Daniel); and his daughter Lynne Lamoine Hesterlee Furnell. He is survived by: his wife Grace Lamoine Eakins; his sons, Gevan Hesterlee of Seattle, WA, Brian Hesterlee of Barnett, MO and Brent Hesterlee (Rachelle) of Lenexa, KS; and his grandchildren, Erica Eisenmenger (Brendan), Jordon Robertson (Scott), Melaina Hesterlee, Madalyn Hesterlee and Joseph Hesterlee. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
