She is survived by: her children, Nicole Gardner of Madison, IN, Andrew Bartholomew and Matthew Bartholomew of Sedalia; her mother Phyllis Gotcher of Manilla, IN; and her brothers, Richard Jacobs, Jr. of Terre Haute, IN, Martin Gotcher of Sapula, OK and Robert Gotcher of Prue, OK. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
