She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Pabst and Cecila Lorenz Pabst; her husband Clarence M. Kruse; and her son Dale Len Kruse. She is survived by: her son Ronald Kruse (Susan) of Overland Park, Kansas; and her sister Joann Cramer of Topeka, Kansas.. She is also survived by three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
