Cook (Sedalia, Missouri), born in Columbia, Missouri, who passed away on February 2, 2020, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Cook; and his grandfather Rolla G. Waisner. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his children, Kaitlyn McMillan (Cameron) of Glasgow and Triston Cook; his mother Dianne Cook of Sedalia; his stepchildren, Joseph Hulsey and Shelbie Hulsey of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, McKenna and Aubrey McMillan; his brothers, Tony Cook of Chicago, IL and Jesse Cook of Sedalia; and his nieces, Emma and Madolyn Cook.
