It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phoebe Carolyn Moore of Sedalia, Missouri, born in Phelps, Kentucky, who passed away on October 9, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Dotson and Pearl Ann Dotson (Charles); and her husband Jimmy Moore. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Alan Moore and Lisa Ann Whiteman (Tommy Burgess) of Sedalia; her sister Faye Fritsche; and her grandson Colten Ethan Moore.
