He was predeceased by: his parents, John Riley Ransdell and Mabel Elizabeth Ransdell (Busker); his wife Constance Patsy Gore; his siblings, Dorothy Bolton, Martha Colvin and James C. Ransdell; his daughter Miranda Ransdell; his son-in-law Mark Dillon; and his great grandchild Taryn Curry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny Force (John) of Sedalia, MO and Trish Dillon of Warrensburg, MO; his grandchildren, Jackie Curry, Chris Slater, Shaun Sim, Jeffery Dillon and Paul Force; and his sisters, Doris Goalder (Harvey) of Sedalia, MO, Sarah Goalder of Sedalia, MO, Nancy Cromley (Philip) of Marshall, MO and Sharon Large of Fresno, CA.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his honor can be made to the Center for Human Services in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
