She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lucien Manning and Margaret Manning (Stallman); her son-in-law Bill Chapman; her brothers, C. L., Maurice and Bill Manning; and her grandchildren, Charlotte Lowrey and Robbie Lowrey.
She is survived by: her spouse Reinhold Charles "R. C."; her children, Debbie Foffel (Dan) of Knob Noster, MO, Beverly Chapman of McFall, MO and Reinhold Charles "Butch" Bendl, Jr. (Martha) of Henrico, VA; her grandchildren, Sean (Renee) of Austin, TX and Ryan Foffel of Knob Noster, MO; and her great grandchild McKenna Lowrey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
