He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Henry and Helma Louise Wheeler (Kreisel); and his wife Debra. He is survived by: his children, Kevin H. Wheeler of Sedalia, Brian Wheeler of Sedalia, Michael Wheeler of Sedalia and Chastity M. Drake (Shawn) of Tipton, IA; and his siblings, Timothy, Mike, Jeff, Diann and Cindy. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
