He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bozarth and Nancy Bozarth (Curton); and his siblings, Jerry Bozarth and Shirley Bozarth Johns. He is survived by: his close friend Deana William of Sedalia; and his siblings, Sharon Kratzer of Sedalia and Gary Bozarth (Joy) of Warsaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
