He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Cleveland and Martha Bell Jackson (Treece); and his sons, Samuel Joe and Thomas Joe. He is survived by: his spouse Evelyn Juanita Phillips; his children, Stephen Jackson (Judy) of Sedalia and Pamela Harden (Johnny) of Sedalia; and his grandchildren, Marilynn, Steven, Justin, Samantha, Derek, Jacques, Ty, Jason, Lesley, Brittney and Hillary.
