He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clay Ulmer, Leona Rose and Juanita Pate. He is survived by: his parents, Pearl Ulmer and Elsie Ulmer (Davis); his spouse Mary C. Brosch; his son Steve Ulmer; his wife Kevin Ulmer of Sedalia; his grandson Justin Ulmer; and his great grandchild Madyson Ulmer.
