Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Thelma Ficken of Sedalia, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 84, on September 5, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd L. Gordy and Virgie B. Gordy (Young); her husband William "Bill" H. Ficken; her son William "Billy" Ficken; and her brother C. W. "Red" Gordy.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Ficken (Connie) of Blue Springs, MO and Debbie Brown (Chris) of Sedalia; her grandchildren, Ashley, Troy, Amanda, Brittany, Dustin, Kyleigh and Lucas; and her daughter-in-law Shayla Ficken of Sedalia. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Central Missouri Ag Club in honor of The Billy Ficken Scholarship, American Cancer Society, Williams Syndrome Association, or the Downs Syndrome Association in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
