It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velma Marie Ciprian (Sedalia, Missouri), born in California, Missouri, who passed away on September 16, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Spring and Nora Spring (Wood); her former husband Otto Carver; her husband Michael George Ciprian; and her sisters, Gertrude Bieri and Dee Finger.
She is survived by: her daughter Billie Jean Butler (Larry) of Sedalia; her grandchildren, Brian Butler (Jana) of Eureka, MO and Melissa Butler of Denver, CO; her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Brianna and Jessica; her sister Eula Mae Ylagan of St. Louis, MO; her brother-in-law Kenneth Crouch of Osawatomie, KS; and her nephew Charles (Mary). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
