He is survived by: his wife Linda Estill; his children, Billy Hammerly, Jackie Woody (Kevin) of Sedalia and Shelly Gardner-Jacobi (Justin) of Sedalia; his sister Janet "Cookie" Carver; his grandchildren, Ashley Woody, Josh Woody, Danielle Edwards, Drew Gardner, Lindsey Gardner, Ben Hammerly, Joe Hammerly and Kate Hammerly; his great grandchildren, Hayden Woody, Carson Woody and Lucas Gardner; his daughter-in-law Emily Hammerly; and his sibling's children, Terry Crawford and Tammy Bryan.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to The Shriner's Children's Hospital in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
