He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis and Lorene Faye Young Casey (Waisner); his grandparents, Laura Bell (Berry) and Harry Young; his aunt Lois Reichel Trimnal; his grandparents, Burleigh M. "Berle" (Ragg) and George Clifton Waisner; and his brothers, William Jackson "Jack" Young, Richard Clifton and Casey.
He is survived by: his wife Leah Isabelle (Scott); his children, Sabrina "Sissy" Platt (Young) of Sedalia and Willis G. "Willy" Young (Lisa) of Sedalia; his grandchildren, Willis "Grant" Young, Joshua A. Young, Benjamin N. Young, Steven "Riley" Platt, Brianna R. Mets (Platt) and Alyssa N. Platt; and his siblings, Ronald "Ronnie" Young of Kansas City, Terry Reichel of San Antonio, TX, Jeanette Lamers (Trimnal) of San Antonio, TX, Roxie (Powell), Debbie (Gorman), Trudy, Dean, Pat and Jackie (Hartley).
