He is survived by : his wife Christine; his daughters, Jessyca Moon (Matthew) of Bolingbrook and Kimberly Ostrand (Gregory) of Oswego; and his brother Robert Booth (Linda) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
