She was predeceased by : her mother Ruth Smith (Slay); and her brothers, Raymond Eakins and David Burton. She is survived by : her father Ray Smith; her significant other James Martin Morsani, Sr. of Seligman, Missouri; her children, James Morsani, Jr. (Michelle) of Seligman, Chevy Morsani of Tupelo, Oklahoma and Victoria Saldana (Rafael) of Bentonville, Arkansas; her brother Bobby Eakins of Weatherford; and her grandchildren, Hailey, Erik, Jullian, James III and Caleb.
