He is survived by: his parents, David Leon Heistand and Della May McCall; his brother Ross Heistand; his nephews, Daniel Heistand and Tyler Heistand; his niece Ashley Heistand Uptagrafft of Carthage, MO; and his aunts and uncles, Maxine Jones, Glenn Jones of Miami, OK, John McCall (Esther) and Liberty.
