She is survived by : her father Edward Johns of Seymour, Missouri; her husband Paul Allen Kramer; her children, Allan Ward Kramer (Lauren) of Rogersville and Alice June Kramer; and her siblings, Janice Buchanan (David) of Marshfield, Brenda Marenia Smith (Randy) of O'Fallon, Missouri and Gary Edward Johns (Wendy) of Mansfield, Missouri. She is also survived by six nieces; four nephews; two great-nieces; four great-nephews along with many other family members and many friends.
