She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Smith and Ione Rich Smith; her siblings, Mary Smith, Ruth McPhail, Wayne Smith and Fred Smith; and her son-in-law Matthew Welker.
She is survived by : her spouse Ferman Brooke; her daughters, Lisa Merideth (Michael) of Seymour and Heather Welker of Seymour; her granddaughters, Tabitha Shissler and Samantha Thompson; and her siblings, Doris Heard of Hobbs, Norman Smith (Bessie) of Marshfield, Dean Smith of Seymour and Rick Smith (Charlene) of Bartlett, Nebraska. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
