She was predeceased by : her parents, Lonnie Carroll and Viola Carroll (Goodnight); and her siblings, Eva, Johnie and Florene.

She is survived by : her husband Dennis Howard; her daughters, Vinell Howard of Shell Knob and Regina Dodd (Michael) of Wichita, Kansas; her grandson Shayne Howard of Wichita; and her great grandchildren, Dakoda, Zackery, Shiana and Konnor.

Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society in memory of Betty.
