He was predeceased by : his mother Carol Ann Bartley, Sr. (OBrien); his brother Kenneth Bartley; and also William Burton. He is survived by : his father Cyrus Bartley, Sr.; and his siblings, Gerald Bartley, Sr., Cyrus Bartley, Jr. and Constance Ann Woodward. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; other relatives and friends.
