She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Henry and Ruth; her husband Marion Yates; and her brother Ralph Renfro. She is survived by : her children, Anne Salsbury, Gregg Yates (Mindy), Judy Stone (Rick), Vickie Walker (Roger) and Chris Yates (Rebecca); and her sister Samantha Ulmer. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
