She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Roy and Billie Thurman; and her former life partner Lee Roy. She is survived by : her children, Shelly Dawn Gutierrez and David Bryan Cardona; her brother Gary Thurman; and her son Chris Cardona. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
