She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Bixman and Mary Katherine Bixman (Sebold); her husband James "Jim" A. Martin; her brother Charles; and her daughter Rebecca K. Howerton.
She is survived by: her daughter Gretchen Edwards of Nixa, MO; her son-in-law Dennis Howerton of Lebanon, MO; her granddaughter Elizabeth "Liz" Trader (Joshawa "Josh") of Springfield; her great grandchildren, Tatum and Jayme; her granddaughter Kristin Howerton-Grimes (Nathaniel "Nate"); her great grandchildren, Kaylee, Zoey and Ezra of Lebanon, MO; her grandson Matthew Howerton (Chelsea); her great grandchildren, Alexis, Shelbie, Bentley and Aubreigh of Lebanon, MO; her granddaughter Patricia "Tricia" Edwards; her great grandchildren, Carson and MaKenna of Kearney, MO.; her pet Elivs; and her close friend Mary Jo Pressly.
