Welch of Springfield, MO; his siblings, Robert Womack of Anchorage, AK and Rachel Flatness (Steve) of Strafford, MO; his nieces, Tamara Melton of Springfield, MO and Alisha Flatness-Umlauf of Stafford, MO; and his close friends, Kate Mentor and Jaye Jones.
