He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sue Tougaw. He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Clingman and Diane Clingman (McCroskey); his sisters, Brittany Clingman (Justin Rogers) of Hams Prairie and Hannah Clingman of Steedman; his grandparents, Jerry, Juanita Clingman of Steedman, Bill and Brenda Tougaw of Fulton; his aunt Jennifer; his uncle Chad Booher; and also, Samantha Bevell (Max), Serina Anthony (Brent), Jaerie Booher, Frank Tougaw, Brody, Grayson, Chris Tougaw, Christopher and Angela Tougaw. He is also survived by his parents, sisters, and extended family.
