He is survived by : his father Mark Ernest Palmer (Bonnie) of Jefferson City, MO; his wife Chelsea Palmer of Cuba, MO; his daughter Abigail Palmer of Cuba, MO; his mother Cindy Crawford (Mike Turnbough) of Davisville, MO; his stepfather Albert Brinkmann (Donna) of Cook Station, MO; his parents-in-law, Terry of Cuba, MO and Lisa Copling of Cuba, MO; his grandparents, Ramona Oberlohr of Louisville, IL and John Oberlohr of St. Louis, MO; his siblings, Jacob Ball (Jessie) of Cuba, MO, Nicholas Brinkmann (Wendy) of Cuba, MO, Al Brinkmann, III (Rachel Jackson) of Cook Station, MO, Jennifer Railey (Randall) of High Gate, MO and Joshua Palmer (Kimberly) of Cuba, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Terriana Copling of St. James, MO and Terry Copling, Jr. of Cuba, MO. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
