With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemary Moorefield of Steelville, Missouri, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 31, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Lease and Lydia Lease; her former life partner Melvin Stanislaus Shirley; her husband James "Jim" Temple Moorefield; her children, Jeanie Shirley, Diane "Dee" Knott, Elaine Storck and Stanislaus Shirley; and her stepson-in-law Glenn Johnson.
She is survived by : her daughter Paula Lea (Eugene) of Steelville, MO; her stepchildren, Jimmy Moorefield (Dawn) of Baltimore, MD, Regina Johnson of Joppa, MD and David Moorefield of Glen Bernie, MD; and her brother John "Jackie" Lease. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association or American Lung Association.
