With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Murriell June DeFratus of Stockton, Missouri, born in Denison, Texas, who passed away on February 16, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Murriell June was predeceased by : parents, James Waterson Cook and Dellia Gertrude Berryhill (Prator); husband William "Billy" Levern DeFratus; and brother Roger Cook. Murriell June is survived by : children, Kenny DeFratus (Tina) of Jerico Springs, Mitch DeFratus (Hether) of Frenchville, Maine, Sonnie Probert (Tiger) of Golden City and Mona DeFratus (Charlie Cass) of Cape Fair, Missouri; grandchildren, Chad Enochs (Liz), Broc Probert, Gavin Enochs (Kelli), Bryce Probert (Allison), Miranda Harring, Bailey Bessendorfer, Heather Bishop (John), Whitney Neidigh (Jake), Macy McDonald (Desiree), Allie Wedgeworth, Shelby DeFratus and Preston DeFratus; and sister Brenda Duncan (Willie) of Stockton, Missouri.. Murriell June is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
