He is survived by: his wife Clara Bay of Sullivan; his mother Alice Rogers; his stepfather Jim Rogers of Sullivan; his son Robert Mott (Laurie) of Deltona, FL; his grandchildren, Blake Mott and Kayla Mott; his sister Barbara Tutterrow (Richard) of Sullivan; his stepsister Pam Stricklin (Kevin) of Sullivan; and his brother Jim Bay (Sandy) of Eminence, MO. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, other relatives & many friends.
